What are the delivery times for the motorhome?
The delivery times depend on the chosen model, interior finish options, additional features, and other factors. The minimum delivery time is 6 months after finalizing all the order details and receiving the down payment.
Can I order a motorhome instead of a trailer?
Yes, we are currently developing a motorhome based on an Iveco chassis. If you are interested, please leave a request, and we will provide you with more information.
Can you use the house without extending the slideouts?
In order to achieve the maximum possible living space, we designed the house in such a way that the pull-out parts lie almost completely against each other when folded, which means that the house cannot be used in this state. However, we believe that this is not a problem as the house unfolds automatically in about a minute, without any manual work.
Why did you start producing caravans first, instead of motorhomes?
The main idea behind creating the R series homes is to offer not just mobile housing, but an alternative to standard housing. For the cost of an apartment (or even less), you can get your own home where you can live year-round. Additionally, you can take it with you on vacation and enjoy your own cozy space.
Is it possible to purchase a motorhome on credit or installment plan?
Yes, this option is available. We have a financial consultant who can assist you with this. Please contact us for more detailed information.
If I plan to use the motorhome as a permanent residence, do I need a building permit?

What are the requirements for the property to obtain a building permit?
Must be buildable (i.e., equipped with water and electricity) Must not be located in an undeveloped area (as building permits are not granted there)
What are the walls of the home made of?
Our homes are made from PIR material, which has 1.5 times better thermal insulation than XPS (commonly used in standard caravans). PIR is also a fire-resistant material. You can watch the video below where we compare the burning of XPS and PIR.
Are your homes equipped with air recovery systems, and what are they for?
Air recovery, or heat recovery, is the process of extracting heat from exhaust air to warm incoming fresh air. This helps reduce energy consumption for heating, improve air quality, and maintain a comfortable temperature with minimal heat loss.
Is there a security system or alarm in the caravan?
Yes, the caravan is equipped with a "smart home" system that includes alarm features, video surveillance, and more. This system fully monitors your home and everything happening in it: water level in the tank, turning lights on/off, appliance operation, etc.
Is there heating in the home?
Yes, small homes are heated via air conditioning, and larger models can have additional gas heating installed. Thanks to good thermal insulation (KfW55), our homes retain heat very well.
Is it possible to travel in the motorhome during winter?
Yes, of course. One of the main advantages of our homes is excellent thermal and sound insulation that meets German state standards for regular residential buildings. All our homes meet the KfW55 thermal insulation standard (certified by an energy efficiency expert for KfW programs).
What additional options are available for the motorhomes?

Can I choose my own interior design?
We offer ready-made interior solutions and also create custom designs tailored to your preferences. Changes to the layout are also possible. The design project is completed free of charge after the advance payment is made.

How Does the Warranty Work?
We provide a 3-year warranty on the structural construction of the house. As an Aurum Globe customer, you will have a dedicated point of contact for technical inquiries, as well as access to support via telephone, email, and video conferencing. If you have technical questions, you can contact our support team by phone during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). In addition, video calls via WhatsApp, email support, and the contact form in the customer area are available to you. During the warranty period, we carry out a complimentary annual on-site technical inspection throughout Germany. During this inspection, all essential mechanical and electrical systems of your home are checked to ensure they are functioning properly and to guarantee reliable long-term operation. This also ensures the long-term availability of spare parts for these systems. What is the warranty on the caravan and its components?
The warranty on our motorhomes is 5 years.
What services are provided after the sale, such as technical support or maintenance?
