3-Year Warranty

We provide a 3-year warranty on the structural construction of the house.

Personal Customer Support

As an Aurum Globe customer, you will have a dedicated point of contact for technical inquiries, as well as access to support via telephone, email, and video conferencing. The contact details of our technical support team are always available in the customer area of our website.

If you have technical questions, you can contact our support team by phone during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). In addition, video calls via WhatsApp, email support, and the contact form in the customer area are available to you.

For heating, air conditioning, electrical installations, and other technical systems, we use premium components from established manufacturers. This ensures the long-term availability of spare parts.

Long-Term Spare Parts Availability

Even after the warranty period has expired, we continue to provide long-term access to spare parts and technical support.

Annual On-Site Technical Inspection

During the warranty period, we carry out a complimentary annual on-site technical inspection throughout Germany.

During this inspection, all essential mechanical and electrical systems of your home are checked to ensure they are functioning properly and to guarantee reliable long-term operation.
