Our house is built with PIR material, featuring 10 cm thick walls, a 12 cm thick floor, and a 14 cm thick ceiling. This material offers insulation that is 1.5 times more effective than XPS, which is commonly used in caravan production. PIR also has significantly higher fire resistance than XPS. Our houses meet the German KfW 55* standard, an energy-efficiency benchmark that assumes a building’s energy consumption is 45% lower than standard, allowing for significant savings on heating and cooling costs.

The floors are covered with impact- and scratch-resistant vinyl tiles. They can be easily cleaned with any liquid, making maintenance quick and effortless. All walls have a washable coating, ensuring easy upkeep and cleanliness.

The house offers the possibility of connecting to the city water supply, ensuring a stable and continuous flow of water.

Energy-saving LED lamps are used for both external and internal lighting. Lighting control is available through a mobile app, a control panel, or manual operation.

The window and entrance door frames are made of aluminum, providing strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion. The windows and doors are equipped with four-layer (three-chamber) glazing, offering excellent thermal and sound insulation. All windows can be fully opened or tilted for ventilation. The glass light transmission ranges from 5% to 100% and is customizable when ordering. All windows are easily replaceable.

Top-down/bottom-up blinds (which open from both the top and bottom) allow flexibility in how much of the window is open. Blackout window film with UV protection prevents the room from overheating and reduces air conditioning costs. A digital lock on the panoramic door is integrated with the Smart Home system.
