The hospitality and tourism industries are strongly shaped by seasonal demand. This is exactly where we offer a flexible solution.

If you have available land, you can purchase or rent our mobile houses and selectively expand your capacity – without long-term commitments and without high upfront investments.

Our mobile houses allow you to quickly and demand-driven expand your offering, precisely for the period when additional capacity is required.

How does it work?

  • You rent our mobile houses for periods of highest demand, e.g. May–August or December–March.
  • The transport costs from our production site in Thuringia to your location and back amount to €1/km (as of 01/01/2025).
  • For each day the house is rented out, you pay 30% of the daily rate. No fee is charged for days without rentals.

Example calculation (winter in the Alps, 3 months):

  • Rental period: mid-December to mid-March
  • Transport costs: 1,000 km × €1/km = €1,000
  • Daily rate: €120
  • Average occupancy: 24 days/month
  • Rental commission (Airbnb, Booking, etc.): 10%
  • Operating costs: €15/day
  • House rent: e.g. 30% (the actual percentage depends on the earning potential of your location and the availability of our houses)
