For private customers
Our houses are approved for public road traffic. Their comparatively low weight and compact dimensions – taking into account that they are fully fledged living spaces – allow them to be used in much the same way as a classic caravan, but with a significantly higher level of comfort. At the same time, a living area sufficient for comfortable habitation is achieved with a much shorter trailer length, making driving easier and safer.
A sense of space and living comfort comparable to a normal house: full ceiling height, standard doors and windows, thermal insulation at the level of modern residential buildings (our houses are certified to KfW-55 standard), improved sound insulation, all the amenities of a fully equipped apartment, and the option to connect to the municipal sewer system. All of this makes it possible to use the house like a small residential home – for yourself or for guests.
Automatic leveling as well as the automatic unfolding and folding of the structure allow the transition from transport mode to living mode and back in just two minutes. This makes using our houses at least as convenient as a motorhome, while retaining all the advantages of a caravan: you do not need a separate vehicle that is only used a few weeks a year, and you do not have to take your entire living environment with you every time you want to drive to a nearby beach, go shopping, or visit a neighboring ski resort.
A typical use case for our houses is renting them out during periods when you are not traveling yourself. In this way, the house is not an ongoing expense, but an investment.
Example calculation based on the experience of our customers:
- Rental price: €80 per night
- Average occupancy: 15 days per month
- Monthly revenue: €1,200
- Less operating costs (25%): approx. €900 net monthly income
Depending on the location, a monthly return in this range can be achieved – actual returns may vary depending on occupancy and usage. After just a few years, the house fully amortizes itself and subsequently generates ongoing profit.
Another customer group: weekly commuters
Another important customer group for our mobile homes are weekly commuters — people who work in another city and return home only on weekends.
Many of them are looking for a permanent, practical, and quiet place to stay near their workplace, without renting an apartment or taking on long-term commitments. This is exactly where our mobile homes offer the ideal solution.
Once a permanent pitch at a campsite has been secured, the mobile home is installed there and serves as a fully functional living space for the working week. Compared to a traditional caravan, our homes offer significantly more comfort: more space, better thermal insulation, a real bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living experience similar to a small apartment.
Our homes are designed for longer stays. For weekly commuters, a mobile home is a flexible alternative to hotels, rental apartments, and caravans — practical, manageable, and free from unnecessary obligations.
Customer Testimonials
“We decided to purchase mainly because of the rental potential. We own a plot of land near Munich: during trade fairs we rent the house out via Airbnb, otherwise we use it ourselves for traveling. It is especially practical that it can be used without any issues in winter as well.”
Michael S., Freising
“We bought the house specifically for rental purposes. During the season it is practically never vacant – for us, it is a great supplement to our pension.” Helga R., Rosenheim
“In terms of spatial feel, it is more like a normal apartment than a caravan. High ceilings, an almost square floor plan, and real windows make a huge difference. Much more comfortable than a classic caravan, even if you only live in it for a few weeks.”
Thomas K., Regensburg
“We used to have a motorhome, but that meant we were heavily tied to campsites. Now it is much more flexible: the house stays in one place, and we can take trips with the car.”
Andreas L., Kempten (Allgäu)
“The automatic leveling and unfolding turned out to be an unexpectedly big advantage. Arrive, press a button – and after a few minutes you can start living. A small thing you do not think about beforehand, but later would not want to do without.”
Sabine M., Landshut
“We live near Frankfurt and rent the house out during major trade fairs. Many guests find the concept exciting: from the outside a caravan, on the inside a fully fledged house.”
Jürgen W., Bad Homburg
